It is reasonably priced. The location is great and handy, not too far from Groveland Wayside Park. The building is fine and the rooms are good-sized and individually decorated with Jill bathroom in between, minimal space for cases, a clawfoot tub.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful and their knowledge of Yosemite Park and surrounds was fantastic. The location of the hotel was great for stay on route to the park and we would definitely recommend it. The buffet breakfast in the morning was a great start to the day and very enjoyable.

A charming, friendly, homey feel to this old historic Gold Country Hotel.. Very clean, with compey beds. A good stay. Rooms small, with limited space for storage.

The staff here went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, the room was cozy and had comfortable beds, and we really enjoyed the restaurant for dinner.

Was renting condo on the golf course to host a family of 6 (so it is not in the hotel in the village). Breakfast is included and very decent. Staff is absolutely nice ... the owner even has a recorded a yosemite audio guide cd, guiding us from Groveland to Yosemite valley and Glacier Point. If I have a chance to return to Yosemite, I would definitely stay there again...

Food was excellent, Staff very friendly and helpful, room was lovely & comfortable bed. Close to Yosemite National Park (35 mins drive to the main gate). Great bar across the road (Iron Door Saloon) of which you much check out if your staying in the area.

The feeling of going back in history.
Overpriced, poor breakfast with few choices as in no fruit, no hot milk, not dark bread. Carpet in the bedroom was rugged bathroom had only a small shampoo bottle no hair-blow dryer not a bathtub but a standing shower all for US200/night. It was highly disappointing.
